Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban divorced quashed as "American Idol" judge sings for "Grace of Monaco" star during his Sydney concert. However, the country hunk revealed that his wife was uncertain about marrying him.

During the Saturday night concert in Allphones Arena in Sydney, Keith Urban narrated to fans how the conversation went down.

"About this time eight years ago we were about five days away from getting married. And maybe a few weeks before that, my fiancee and I were talking about getting married and she said she was worried," he said, according to Australia's News.com.

However, the country star said that he understood why she hesitated because marriage was a huge commitment. So he reassured Nicole Kidman that he "was born to be her man." He then dedicated the song "Once in a Lifetime" for his wife, as he told fans:

"I wrote this song for my wife and she's here tonight ... she is an extraordinarily pure and beautiful light. I love you baby," he said, according to New Zealand Herald.

The National Enquirer on its May 26 issue started the Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's divorce rumors as it said that a split was averted when they decided to try to have another baby.

The couple has two daughters--Sunday, 5, and Faith, 3-and Nicole Kidman also has two older kids she adopted with ex Tom Cruise.

Since then, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban divorce rumors have been hounding the couple although the couple seems to put up a brave front as they travelled together a lot lately. This included the CMT Music Awards on June 4 and a recent visit to a children's hospital in Australia on Friday the 13th where they sang an impromptu duet of "Amazing Grace," People noted.

The country singer brought along his guitar and sang "Amazing Grace" with Nicole Kidman, who earlier showed she can sing with a duet with Robbie Williams for the 2001 hit revival "Something Stupid."
