According to reports, Leo tried his best to get away from the paparazzi after he got caught in a controversy. He was spotted wearing a cap and shades while sitting in the backseat of his car last Thursday night in New York. The actor remained quiet despite getting his name entangled in the death of Katie Cleary's husband.

Andrew Stern was found dead in a shooting range in San Fernando Valley last week. The 40-year old businessman shot himself in the head after the photos of Leo and Katie went viral. The "Titanic" actor was seen partying with the "Deal or No Deal" model in Cannes a few weeks ago.

Fans of Leonardo DiCaprio's girlfriend were quite shocked by what they saw because the actor was all over Katie Cleary and there's even on photo where he was caught whispering something in her ear. Toni Garrn should be the first one to get upset about the photos, but she remained calm.

The model's rep explained to TMZ, "The photos were a non-issue, and that she and Stern split eight months ago and Stern filed for divorce in April." The rep added, "Katie and Adrian have been friends for a while, and she had never even met Leo until the night of the photo, where they talked about animal conservation and that's all." Well I don't think a nightclub would be the right place to talk about that, right?
