"The Good Wife" season 6 spoilers will reveal more of Alicia and Peter's relationship, as cast Julianna Marguiles is being considered for the Emmys?
Co-creator Robert King revealed "The Good Wife" season 6 spoilers to TVLine when he said that they will put more spotlight on the marriage between Alicia Florrick (Julianna Marguiles) and Peter Florrick (Chris North).
"How does that work? Can it work? Is it truly possible that you can have an agreement with your spouse that the sexual relationship is over and the love has to be put on hold, even though we're going to use each other for what power we can give each other? Chris (Noth) and Jules (Marguiles) seem very willing to take us there, so we're up for it," he said.
Robert King also added more "The Good Wife" season 6 spoilers when he promised a "bigger battlefield" for Alicia, who will also enter a new chapter in her life.
Meanwhile, Joe Reid of TheWire said that the Emmy category "Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama" is a "bloodbath in the making."
"Last year's field snubbed Julianna Margulies, and after 'The Good Wife' had such a resurgence this past season, I can't imagine that would happen again," he said.
In an interview with TVLine, "The Good Wife" season 6 cast Juliana Marguiles replied in an answer to the question whether the actress and producer roles she play have been at odds with each other.
"There are definitely times that I have to put my producer hat on and let go of being an actor, and there are things that maybe I would complain about but because I'm the producer I don't," she said.
Earlier, Carrie Preston dished out "The Good Wife" season 6 spoilers in a chat with Gold Derby as she said that she will be back for "a couple episodes."
"They're not giving me [a series regular position], but hopefully there are gonna be a couple episodes," she said.
