Great news for "Reply 1994" fans! Actors Yoo Yeon Suk, Son Ho Joon, and B1A4's Baro are reuniting to film the highly anticipated tvN variety program "Youth Over Flowers."
Cable network tvN is kicking off another installment to their famed 'backpacking project,' which produced the variety programs "Grandpas Over Flowers" and "Noonas Over Flowers."
"Youth Over Flowers" will show a slightly different format, because instead of having a group of artists and one porter/assistant, the third installment will feature two separate teams who will be going to two separate destinations.
The first team will consist of singers/composers Yoo Hee Yeol, Lee Juk, and Yoon Sang, who have been friends for over twenty years. They will be the 'older team,' as all of them are in their 40s.
Meanwhile, the next team will feature "Reply 1994" stars Yoo Yeon Suk, Son Ho Joon, and B1A4's Baro, and they will become the 'younger team,' being actors in their 20s.
Program producer Shin Hyo Sung stated, "Yoo Hee Yeol, Lee Juk, and Yoon Sang will show their 'best friends chemistry' as friends for over twenty years, while Yoo Yeon Suk, Son Ho Joon, and Baro will show their 'fresh chemistry' as youths who have become close friends."
The older team recently returned from their trip in Peru, while the younger team left for Laos on July 7.
Directed by PD Na Young Suk, "Youth Over Flowers" is scheduled to air on August.
