Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are currently rumored to be having their first child. Buzzes are not gossips anymore as People confirmed the news. As for the McGosling fans or those who was not able to move on from "The Notebook" drama, it's time to get started. The magazine reported that "The Place Beyond the Pines" stars are expecting a child citing that the actress is "pregnant and due in October."

"With Ryan things are different ... she's very independent but she's content with her partner. She finally found the person she really wants to be with," a friend of Mendes's tells People debunking the actress' previous plans of not getting married or not having children.

"She's been ready for motherhood for a while now," an insider told OK! Magazine, "and to be sharing this experience with Ryan is a dream come true for her!"

Rumors suggest that the baby news is giving the couple's relationship a new direction.

"Ryan grew up without a dad, so he always said when he had kids, he'd be there no matter what," a source told OK! Magazine. "This is it for him."

Mendes has previously debunked the rumors of her pregnancy last February in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres.

"It all started because I didn't want to go through the scanners at the airport. You know, those X-ray scanners, which are really creepy," Mendes explained to Ellen DeGeneres.

"They basically see you naked, right?" said Mendes. "And not only that, but there's a radiation aspect to it, so I always opt out. I always ask for a personal pat-down. I don't mean in person, I meant in private because they can take you. Ladies, I want you to know that they can take you in private, they can take you into an area."

The couple began dating in 2011. Mendes, 40, and Gosling, 33, prefer to keep their relationship private.
