Often times, we see summer league players fade away when the real thing goes underway. The players we have come to believe in let us down as they fail to make it to the regular season. There are still players, though, that don't cease to live up to our expectations, even as the formal competition starts.
-Philly player Nerlens Noel
Recovering from an injury, Noel seems to be back on track. He's scored nine dunks in the four games he's played in the league. Four of these dunks came in transition with one another.
-Miami Heat's James Ennis
Being on guard of the opponent, he calls for his unique shot within mid-range. He has targeted 13 out of 27 target intents so far.
-Tony Snell, Chicago Bulls
In just a span of three games in the league, Snell has already scored 27 points, having L.A. Clippers as an opponent, and 23 points when faced with the Denver Nuggets. He has scored 12 out of 23 from downtown.
-T.J. Warren, Phoenix Suns
He just can't be stopped with his gigantic scoring. Warren's got an average point of 12.1, being a freshman, and a usage rate of 19.5. He's at third place all over the country, being a sophomore player at North Carolina State.
-Tim Hardaway, Jr. New York Knicks
Hardaway has proven his worth time and again. He segregates himself from the jumpers in the mid-range, and takes advantage of the escape dribbles to get him entangled from balanced pull-up looks.
