"The Big Bang Theory" season 8 spoilers reveal that Penny will finally give up acting in favor of a more stable job, as the original cast's contract negotiation is still on stalemate.

Creator Chuck Lorre revealed "The Big Bang Theory" season 8 spoilers during the Television Critics Association summer press tour when he said that Penny (Kaley Cuoco) will make a serious career change when the series resumes.

'She is going to start making some money, which will unbalance their relationship as the power shifts,' he said, per MailOnline.

Chuck Lorre said the decision to take a 9-5 job will eventually be good for Penny because, "she's going to find some confidence and self-esteem, which acting does not provide in great heaping doses."

Penny had a 9-5 job before during season 7 when he worked at the Cheesecake Factory but she eventually left that gig because she wanted to focus on her acting career.

Meanwhile, Chuck Lorre weighed in on the contract negotiations between the studio and the cast and he expressed optimisim that it "will work itself out."

"I want them all to be crazy wealthy because nobody deserves it more than this cast."

Earlier, Deadline reported that Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoko and Johnny Galecki have been collecting $350,000 per episode, but now they are asking for almost $1 million per episode for the eight season. The website said there's no end in sight even if production was announced to start on July 30.

Executive producer Steve Molaro earlier dished out "Big Bang Theory" season 8 spoilers to Breathecast when he said that Sheldon leaving Cal Tech will lay down the groundwork for them to do something new.

"As of now, he is off riding the rails like a hobo," he said. "We thought it would be interesting to take an episode and sort of systematically chip away at Sheldon and break him down to the point where he just needed to leave to process everything.
