Here are the latest "Bond 24" news!

New reports claim that the setting of the upcoming Bond flick will be in Rome, Italy. While "Skyfall" took over the streets of London, "Bond 24" is inclined to have a more Mediterranean setting.

According to M16-HQ, Lazio film commissioner Luciano Sovena has confirmed that "Bond 24" producers have expressed their intent to film a scene in Rome, particularly a car chase in the Four Fountains intersection.

"I met the producers of the Bond series, Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson, and we discussed the project," Sovena said.

"One of the key scenes will be a car chase in Via Quattro Fontane. I'm already excited."

He added: "I hope that the City streamlines the procedures for the granting of permits, it would be a shame to miss this great opportunity because of the bureaucracy."

Apart from the fact that "Bond 24" will continue where "Skyfall" has left off, there has been no official confirmation on the new movie's plot. The same goes for the cast members.

Aside from Daniel Craig and director Sam Mendes, it is rumored that Naomie Harris (Moneypenny) and Ralph Fiennes (M) will be returning to reprise their roles as well.

But the real thrill is knowing who will finally play the Bond villain and the Bond girl in the new Bond movie. Previous reports have already linked Daniel Radcliffe, Ron Perlman and Kevin Spacey to the movie as the next Bond villain. While Penelope Cruz and Kate Upton remain to be the top choices for the new Bond girl.

"Bond 24" is slated for a November 2015 release.
