"It was time for Luis and time for the club to make a break," said Liverpool's owner, John W. Henry.
The owner believes that they made a right decision when they sold Luis Suarez to Barcelona. He also believes that the Uruguayan striker's will not affect Liverpool's team performance in the upcoming Premiere League.
"He brought so much to the club but we brought a lot to Luis," he added.
The Liverpool boss has watched his team lose 1-0 to Roma in a pre- season friendly at Fenway Park, Boston. Even though his team actually lost the game, he is confident that they do not need Suarez to win the actual matches.
However, it can be remembered that Uruguay's performance in the World Cup looks like a one- man show brought about by the infamous striker. He made almost every goal for the team during the tournament.
And as he exits the tournament early because of his bite ban, the Uruguay team lost 2-0 to Belgium in a Round of 16 match. Coincidence? I think not.

The Barcelona team is now jam- packed with football superstars such as Neymar Jr., and Golden Ball awardee Lionel Messi.
However, Suarez is still suffering from a four- month, nine- match ban inflicted by FIFA, because the Uruguayan player but Italy's Giorgio Chiellini during the group stage of the World Cup in Brazil.
Liverpool, on the other hand, is now trying to replace the striker by signing Southampton Rickie Lambert and QPR Frenchman Loic Remy.
