Just recently, the star of "Of Mice and Men" posted a photo of his brother, Dave Franco, with Zac Efron watching a basketball game together and hugging each other. It looked like paparazzi shots posted on Hollywood Life. You can even see Zac whispering something to Dave who was all giggly about what he said.
James Franco's Instagram post was captioned: "Effron and My brother, dating!!!!!! Congrats, boys! I'm so happy for you!!! Many fans were shocked about the news because they seem real. However, if you take a closer look, you will notice who wrote the article. The author's name was @davefrancock with a small photo of James Franco.
Dave Franco's bromance with Zac Efron started out on the set of "Neighbors" and he even talked about how he got Zac's hand injured. The former Disney heartthrob told E! News that he broke his hand during a stage fight with Dave. However, the 29-year old actor revealed, "Well...he can claim it was on a mantel, but I'm 98 percent sure it was upon impact of my balls."
Dave explained, "It was a typical stand-off where we're holding on to each other's balls and we were wearing cups over our junk, and I really do think that he came in hard and literally fractured his hand." He proudly said, "So, regardless of what happens in my career from here on out, I can always fall back on the fact that Zac Efron broke his hand on my balls."
The star of "Now You See Me" also said, "We're supposed to have this intense bromance to the point where a lot of people have asked, Are you guys secretly gay for each other in the movie? But I think that just means we've done our job."
