The LG G3 is the latest flagship smartphone from LG Electronics running on Android OS. The handset vendor verified that the new model will come in two color variants, namely Moon Violet and Burgundy Red. LG G3 is scheduled to be launched next month

Both color flavors have been already included on LG’s official website. However, there are no specific details on when they might arrive on shelves.

The newly confirmed color variants were actually announced in late May, when LG G3 went official. A total of five color options were revealed for the device at that time, namely Metallic Black, Silk White, Shine Gold, Moon Violet, and Burgundy Red, but only the first three of them arrived on shelves.

All five color variants arrive on the market with the same hardware specifications. Meaning, those waiting for the upcoming colors will enjoy the same 5.5-inch Quad HD screen on the front of the handset, along with a 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 CPU inside it.

The phone also sports a 13-megapixel camera on the back, with OIS, Laser Auto Focus and 4K video recording, as well as a 2.1MP front camera. Moreover, it arrives with 4G LTE connectivity, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS receiver, as well as with the usual set of sensors.

LG G3 is pre-installed with Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system, while also packing various exclusive apps and features from LG. The phone was released in two iterations, one with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, and the other one with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory.

The phone has been already released in various areas all over the world, including the United States. What remains to be seen is whether it will arrive in all of them in the new Moon Violet and Burgundy Red color options as well.
