Megan Fox's hot post-baby body still amazes everyone as she tours 5 months after having a baby to promote her upcoming movie "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles". The sexy actress also took time to share weight loss secrets to fans, and explains why she's "not ashamed" of stripping for movies.
According to a report from The Inquisitr, Megan Fox's hot weight loss was harder when she had her second baby: "Well, let me tell you, the first time I didn't do anything, I was just lucky and I was younger, and then the second time it wasn't coming off the same way," she says to E! during her Comic-Con appearance.
The 28-year-old actress adds: "I had to eliminate bread from my diet. It's typical but I'm on that high-protein, low-carbohydrate, very low-sugar diet."
According to The Inquisitr, the post-baby diet that Megan Fox follows is also known as the "caveman diet" or "Stone Age diet" and "hunter-gatherer diet", which basically consists of cutting out all processed foods and avoiding sugar.
The "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" star has two children with her husband, former "Beverly Hills 90210" actor Brian Austin Green: 2-year-old Noah and 5-months-old Bodhi.
Megan Fox also admits she had a fragile pregnancy, sharing: "You have to watch the heat that you're exposed to and you're supposed to sleep extra. There's no time or room for that when you're filming a movie, so it's a little stressful."
Megan Fox also shares that the whole "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" team was very supportive. "Everyone, as a team, had to unite and make sure that I was safe and healthy all the time. It added a little bit of an extra challenge, but I don't think it took away from the experience on screen," she says.
Megan Fox's hot new movie "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" will be shown in cinemas starting August 8, 2014, which, according to Daily Mail, could be considered as the star's most wholesome movie to date.
Prior to the said film, the previous movies of the Megan Fox included showing a lot of skin, but the hot mom of two reveals that she couldn't care less.
"I don't mind doing that stuff, I think that's been a part of being an actress in Hollywood since the beginning," Megan Fox tells toofab.com.
