A bigger price tag does not mean better at all. The Apple iPhone 5C has been widely criticized by users for being 'unnecessary' since iPhone 5 and 5s are already way better in terms of specs while the price is not too far away. It was meant to be a mid-tier iPhone but it was not warmly received by iPhone users. To find out how it fares, the motoring crunch have compared the device to its nearest comparison which is the slightly older LG G2.

In terms of display, the LG G2 has a 5.2" LCD display that offers 423ppi. This is 30% higher pixel density than the 326ppi on the 4" panel of the iPhone 5C.

Even the battery on the LG G2 is able to last longer than the iPhone 5C. Its 3,000mAh energy supply is twice the size of the 1,560mAh battery on the G2.

Under the hood, the G2 runs on a 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB RAM and Adreno 330 GPU. This is by far faster than the Apple A6 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz and comes with 1GB RAM. Even the 13MP rear shooter on the G2 is better than the 8MP rear shooter on the iPhone 5C.

All in all, this is a mismatch to begin with. The LG G2 is obviously the better of the two. Even Apple admitted that the iPhone 5C was not a good idea and even the color variants would not make up for its shortcomings.
