Sinister Six Movie Release Date: Special Sinister Six Clip Out With Amazing Spider-Man 2 DVD; Will We Find Out Which Six Supervillains Will Be In Upcoming Movie?

It's two more years until the release of Marvel's latest movie that this time, has the villains as the stars. And yet with a long way off until the Sinister Six movie release date, Sony Pictures, which is bringing this comic book tale to the big screen, is already starting their promotional plan.

And it all begins with a clip that is included in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 that will be released on DVD starting August 19. Those who purchase this movie DVD will get a special accompanying disc that is entitled Something Sinister This Way Comes. We can only surmise that the villains that make Peter Parker's life hard will be shown in own wicked glory to make audiences aware and excited for the Sinister Six movie release date.

For those who don't know, the Sinister Six are a troupe of villains that have one thing in common: they all have Spiderman as their number one enemy. The group was originally incarnated in The Amazing Spider-Man Annual # 1 which was released on 1964.

Doctor Octopus organized this group, which is composed of Vulture, Electro, Kraven the Hunter, Mysterio, and Sandman.

But perhaps we'll be getting a different set of villains for the upcoming Sinister Six movie. The promotional clip available on the Internet actually shows Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Sandman, Venom, Lizard. We also saw Rhino and Electro. Some other villains that could possibly make up the roster are Shocker and Chameleon, or it could be a femme fatale in the form of Black Cat.

We don't know for sure, but what we can say for certain is that anything goes. Prodcuer Matt Tolmach recently released a statement saying that "nothing is sacred" in terms of who the villains will be in Sinister Six, but that it will be the "best six" there is.

The Sinister Six movie release date is November 11, 2016, so we'll have to wait a couple more month (or years) to find out the final roster.
