Chris Weidman's next fight is predicted to be a tough assignment as admitted by the reigning UFC middleweight champion himself. The "All-American" also expects an "even better" Vitor Belfort, despite the challenger's dropping of Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) in his regimen.

Chris Weidman's next fight is to be scheduled for UFC 181 on December 6th against Vitor "The Phenom" Belfort, after the Brazilian was granted a conditional license to return to competition.

Issues regarding his TRT use, which was banned by Athletic Commissions early this year, had troubled Belfort. After being granted with the license to fight once again, "The Phenom" emphasized that he has done his part by subjecting himself to the tests and declared that he is abiding by the rules.

"I want to prove to the commission that I am a great fighter who follows the rules," Belfort said in a report by FOX Sports in relation to Chris Weidman's next fight.

On the other hand, champion Chris Weidman believes that he is in for a tough task once he faces Vitor Belfort. The "All-American" appeared on the latest edition of UFC Tonight and commended the Brazilian's experience as an MMA veteran and sees this as one advantage coming into their match-up.

"He has a lot of experience in the cage," Weidman said. "He was champion at 18 or 19 years old, so he has a lot of time in there. He's going to be nice and relaxed."

"I think one of his weak points was his cardio," he continued. "So I think is cardio [coming into the fight] is going to be a little bit stronger, which is going to let him try new things and be more comfortable just to let loose, so I am expecting a really tough fight with Vitor.

The reigning middleweight champion also stated to be one of "The Phenom's" critics with the latter's TRT use, but Chris Weidman also expects to face an "even better" Vitor Belfort.

"I kind of went at him a little bit with the TRT thing," Weidman admitted. "He got caught cheating twice, he's definitely lost a lot of weight, lost a lot of muscle. But I'm expecting an even better Vitor Belfort than we've ever seen.
