Fans of Cee Lo Green's TV Show "The Good Life" might need to look for a new favorite.

TBS has officially confirmed the cancellation of the singer's reality TV series. The decision was made following the controversy Green is in after making nasty rape comments on Twitter.

The TV network however stated that the show was cancelled due to waning ratings.

Anti-sexism group UltraViolet was one of the most active groups who called for Green's show to be axed.

Stated in an open letter published by the group on Tuesday was, "Rapists and rape-apologists should have no place in your line-up."

"Cancel Cee Lo Green's reality show The Good Life immediately," the group told TBS.

Cee Lo Green's TV show was officially cancelled after just six episodes.

Meanwhile, Green is still sitting in boiling water after his insensitive rape comments surfaced on social media site Twitter. Green is faced with allegations of drugging and raping a woman in 2013, and has since took to Twitter to clean his name.

Green was found not guilty because of the insufficient evidence presented by the alleged victim. However, netizens thought otherwise. That was when things turned sour for Green who attempted to prove his innocence with his tweets.

"Where is your plausible proof anyone was raped?" Green tweeted. "Women who have really been raped REMEMBER!!! ... If someone is passed out they're not even WITH you consciously! so WITH implies consent."

His tweet sparked outrage among other Twitter users. The "Forget You" singer later deleted his entire account, but later on restored it with an apology that read, "I truly and deeply apologize for the comments attributed to me on Twitter. Those comments were idiotic, untrue and not what I believe."
