Nicole Scherzinger Twitter was filled with posts for Simone Battle last Saturday. Pussycat Dolls front woman took to Twitter so she could dedicate her performance at South Africa for Battle. Just one day prior to her performance, Battle has been reported to have committed suicide in Los Angeles.

Simone Battle was actually a previous finalist on "The X Factor" in the United States, back in its 2011 season. She became a member of the girl group G.R.L, which, coincidentally, was formed by the founder of the Pussycat Dolls, Robin Antin. Nicole Scherzinger Twitter got to meet Battle, as she was one of the judges during this season.

Nicole Scherzinger Twitter arrived in South Africa on the very morning that Battle was found dead in Los Angeles. When "The X Factor" judge took the stage, she was performing, not only for her fellow singer Battle, but for everyone who is having a very difficult time in their lives. Nicole Scherzinger Twitter wrote, "Dedicating my performance tonight in South Africa to @GRLSimone & any1 struggling w/ a hard time. Please #NeverGiveUp #Madiba #DontLoseFaith"

Nicole Scherzinger's Twitter followers were quick to re-tweet what their pop idol has posted. The star has already posted some messages of condolences on her Twitter for the family of Simone Battle, the other members of G.R.L. and Reign Deer Entertainment. Reign Deer Entertainment actually counts both G.R.L. and Nicole Scherzinger Twitter among the company's clients.

Nicole Scherzinger Twitter wrote, "Devastated & upset to hear about the passing of @GRLSimone. My prayers go out to her family @robinantinpcd @GRL & my Reign Deer family."

As of the afternoon of Saturday, Reign Deer Entertainment has posted any news update regarding the suspected suicide of Battle. However, People has reported that Robin Antin, Reign Deer Entertainment, RCA Records, and Kemosabe Records, did release a joint statement about Battle's passing.

The statement said, "We are deeply saddened by the tragic news of the loss of Simone Battle of G.R.L. Simone was an exceptional young talent and human being, and we are all devastated to learn of her passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones at this time."
