Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson are reportedly avoiding each other. Despite the notion that both young celebrities seemed to have moved on from their exes Nicholas Hoult and Kristen Stewart, it has been reported that it has not been easy for them to see their exes cozying up to each other in public.

Many bore witness to how Jennifer Lawrence allegedly avoided Robert Pattinson when she ran into him at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood on Thursday night. Many were quick to speculate that, perhaps, JLaw did not want to see a reminder of Hoult's new romance with Stewart, and the same goes with Rob for Stewart.

Jennifer Lawrence was actually with her current beau Coldplay front man Chris Martin that very night. They were apparently having a perfectly romantic night when Robert Pattinson suddenly arrived at the venue. A source informed E! News that there was even a time when the "Twilight" star and the "Hunger Games" star "saw one another and even walked past one another at one point."

Two huge young stars bumping into one another and not talking to each other, not even only to acknowledge the presence of the other, is a very awkward sight. Perhaps it was neither the right time nor place to confide in each other about their former partners.

Their exes, on the other hand, have been out and about lately. In fact, they have been spending lots of quality time together both on and off the set of their new upcoming movie "Equals." Examples of such adventures that Hoult and Stewart have been venturing into would be getting belly button piercings, a unique ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, zip-lining, and even taking Ninja Warrior courses.

A tipster told HollywoodLife.com, "Kristen and Nicholas have really connected with each other on so many levels. They really get each other and their wacky sense of humor. They both basically bonded over pranks and pachinko - a really fund kind of arcade game in Japan."
