The 26-year old songstress and the 25-year old crooner started dating back in 2008, but it ended when Riri was beaten up by Chrissy.
They reunited in 2013, but ended their relationship again after four months. Rihanna got romantically linked with Drake in 2012 and she was even the reason for the controversial brawl between the Canadian rapper and the American R&B artist.
Now that the "Diamonds" singer is single again, fans are hoping to see Rihanna and Chris Brown reunite. The superstars crossed paths a few weeks ago at a charity basketball game, but they completely ignored each other. Don't lose hope because the "Loyal" singer finally revealed his current relationship with the diva.
Chris Brown told Access Hollywood as reported by Celebuzz!, "Me and her are friends." He further explained, "We have a great understanding. There are no issues. At the end of the day, we'll do music if the time is right. If she's working on an album and she wants me on the record, she can call and I'll get on her record. If I need her on something, it's vice versa."
Based on what he said, it seems that what he has with her now is a working relationship. Chris Brown also told the website, "That friendship, I think, speaks volumes without having to speak." He added, "We've known each other for almost 10 years -- since the same amount of time I've been doing music. I don't think that's ever going to change ... It is what it is. We're friends."
Now some people are wondering what his relationship is with Rihanna's ex-boyfriend whom he also got into a fight with? Many were shocked to see Drake and Chris Brown doing a skit together and even record some music. The "Turn Up The Music" singer told Access Hollywood, "I just felt like it was necessary for us to put all the old bull behind us." He added, "I never really live my life having grudges or disliking somebody."
