Despite skipping several events, a Square Enix producer previously hinted that fans could hear more about FFV and Kingdom Hearts 3 in other conventions later this year. Tetsuya Nomura is co-directing the game with Tai Yasue as the game is being ported to the PS4 and Xbox One consoles.

Sora voice actor Haley Joel Osment was recently interviewed by IGN regarding Kingdom Hearts 3's status.

"I am not allowed to share, we've done a couple of installments on paper, [I'm] not allowed to share anything about it. I know Kingdom Hearts fans are really loyal and won't be disappointed by whatever we get around to in future."

Fans were disappointed that Square Enix didn't showcased Kingdom Hearts 3 in Tokyo Game Show 2014 last week, but Cyberland has reported that Square Enix might reveal some new game details and possible demo gameplay at EGX 2014.
