‘The View’ Feud Begins As Whoopi Goldberg Says ‘F*** It’

Rosie O'Donnell and Whoopi Goldberg got into an argument during a commercial break while filming "The View," according to the Huffington Post.

Although there is no video footage of the fight, the conflict seemed to have been caused by a misunderstanding.

During the "Hot Topics" segment of "The View," the women were talking about spanking children, according to the publication Madamenoire. Rosie O'Donnell and Whoopi Goldberg reportedly had a conversation regarding the topic backstage where O'Donnell expressed how passionate she was about the issue to Goldberg.

As Rosie O'Donnell was speaking about the topic, she was reportedly cut off by Goldberg. O'Donnell was reportedly "hurt" by Whoopi Goldberg interrupting her, which was actually a necessary act on Goldberg's part because O'Donnell refuses to wear an earpiece, making her unable to hear producers calling out the cue for a commercial break.

"As soon as they went to commercial break, Rosie took the handheld microphone that they use to engage the audience," explained a source for the Daily Mail.

The insider added, "Instead of talking to the crowd, Rosie spoke directly to Whoopi in the mic that she 'hurt my feelings,' and that she was 'very upset by it' and 'didn't appreciate' what Whoopi had done."

When O'Donnell wouldn't back down with her confrontation, Goldberg responded with, "F**k it, I told you to leave it alone and you just won't listen. If you want to go there Rosie, I will dammit. I'm really sick of your s***!"

The studio audience reportedly went silent, as did Rosie O'Donnell.

"The View" co-host Rosie Perez ended the silence with a joke, stating, "Oh sh*t, Twitter is going to be off the hook now."

The two have reportedly put the fight behind them and have worked things out.

"They had a misunderstanding and an exchange. They talked it out and they were back to business as usual," a spokesperson for the show told the Daily News.
