At the 2014 Korea Drama Awards which took place this weekend in Jin Ju, the SBS drama You Who Came From The Stars received the best prize. This was the seventh Korea Drama Awards. In the2014 Korea Drama Awards, the actors and actresses from famous dramas of the year are nominated for prizes.

In addition to the SBS drama You Who Came From The Stars, the SBS drama You Are All Surrounded and the MBC drama Empress Ki also received prizes. For the best actor's award, actors Ji Chang Wook of the MBc drama Empress Ki, Lee Seung Ki of the SBS drama You Are All Captures, Lee Jong Suk of the SBS drama Dr. Stranger, and Yoo Ah In of the JTBC drama Secret Love Affair were nominated. For the best actress's award, actresses Hwang Jung Eum of the KBS 2 TV Secret, Lee Ji Ah of the SBS drama Woman Who Married Three Times, Choi Ji Woo of the SBS drama Suspicious Housekeeper, and Kim Hee Ae of the JTBC drama Secret Love Affair were nominated. In related news, actress Jun Ji Hyun is going to meet the fans with a new movie called "Assassination." The new film "Assassination" is directed by Choi Dong Hoon, and tells a story of Japanese and Korean assassinators in Korea during the 1930s. Actress Jun Ji Hyun is to play the role of a Korean assassinator whose job is to kill pro Japanese Koreans. Actress Jun Ji Hyun going to start filming the new movie in early October.
