Season 5 of "Oprah Winfrey: Where Are They Now" has begun! Last October 5, the special guest in this show was "The Cosby Show" Actress Raven-Symoné. The highlight of this episode is her Twitter post saying:
"I can finally get married! Yay government! So proud of you"
The tweet was posted on Aug. 3, 2013. During the interview, Raven told the host "I Don't Want to Be Labeled Gay, I'm Not an African American"
According to Eonline, the comedian revealed how she was able to stay out of the tabloids at a time when many of her peers, including Lindsay Lohan, were involved in a lot of buzz. In the previous years, Lohan has been involved in various controversies, and always a headline of such tabloids due to wrong reasons.
"There's a few answers: My parents taught me to keep my private life private to the best of my ability," she said. "They showed me out there all the role models that I could turn into and what I want from myself in the future and seeing all of the statistics [with] child stars going off the edge." "The Cosby Show" actress said.
In the same interview, she added what she has learned
"And what I've learned? It's unnecessary to go to the world's most popular restaurant when you have a scandal on your head and then get mad when someone is going to take a picture of you. That's your fault, boo boo. Stay in the house."
