There's no confirmation yet on whether Benji Madden, 35, did propose to Cameron Diaz, her mom is reportedly ecstatic.

"They arrived together with Benji driving. Cameron showed off her new ring and was smiling. They enjoyed dinner for several hours," the magazine said.
