Ellen DeGeneres is a master when it comes to dispelling rumors about her personal life.
The talk show host successfully slammed rumors that had been circulating regarding her relationship with wife Portia de Rossi as well as reports that the two might be expecting a baby in one amazing episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
"One of the main things that everybody's asking me about and asking you about, and I thought I would let you clear it up is if we're having a baby or not," DeGeneres said to her wife, according to the NY Daily News.
The "Arrested Development" star added, "Did you see [the magazine cover that] says, 'They're finally starting a family. Are people really that mad at us?"
Ellen DeGeneres chimed in on the baby rumors, stating, "Craig, my assistant, asked if I'm keeping something from him because it's so prevalent that everyone assumes we really are having a baby and we're just not sharing it. So we might be having a baby we're just not sharing it."
De Rossi, who is the newest addition to "Scandal," joked, "This is just one big act, ya know. That'd be pretty clever of us."
The ladies, who have been married for six years, ultimately got serious about the matter, stating that there are no plans for a baby anytime soon.
The two successful women have had to shut down baby rumors in the past as well.
According to E! News, de Rossi stated during an interview with Out magazine in May 2013, "There comes some pressure in your mid-30s, and you think, 'Am I going to have kids so I don't miss out on something that other people really seem to love? Or is it that I really genuinely want to do this with my whole heart?' I didn't feel that my response was 'yes' to the latter. So, it's just going to be me and Ellen and no babies-but we're the best of friends and married life is blissful, it really is. I've never been happier than I am right now."
Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi also slammed divorce rumors that have been surrounding the couple in recent years with their playful banter on the recent episode of the talk show. DeGeneres had also spoken out on the separation rumors last year on her show.
"There's not one ounce of truth to any of it. I am very happily married. The only thing we ever argue about is who loves who more, it really is true. If there's anything you need to know, I will announce it here first," stated the comedian.
