It's the latest film from one of the biggest stars in the planet, and there sure have been a lot of buzz surrounding it. The Brad Pitt Fury movie has the actor playing a commander named Wardaddy who leads a team in a tank across enemy territory, and in the course of the filming, developed a close bond with the fellow actors he worked with!
In a recent interview with Details magazine, the actor shared just how close he got to his co-stars in the Brad Pitt Fury movie, which included Shia LaBeouf, Jon Bernthal from The Walking Dead, Logan Lerman who was last seen in The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and Scott Eastwood, son of film legend, Clint Eastwood. "A tank crew must work as a machine. It's surprising how close give guys get in a tank. I could tell you not only which one farted, but what they had for dinner the night before," the actor shares.
Director David Ayer (Training Day) also had his way of making sure the guys in the tank team led by Pitt became very bonded with one another. According to Pitt's co-star Shia LeBeouf, the director had them engaging in fistfights with each other! But still, the younger actors had the sense of Brad's seniority, knowing that this is Brad Pitt's Fury movie, and they all took great pains for the A-list actor to like them!
It's true that the actor has gone beyond his pretty boy looks in the industry, to become the serious and well respected actor he is today. Pitt shares that he chooses roles solely on his own principles. "I choose a role solely by how it speaks to me. And I sit in a fortunate seat where I can pull the trigger on the more difficult films. I was once talked into a film for 'career maintenance.' I have not made that mistake since," the 50 year old actor shared. We can all rest assured that this new Brad Pitt Fury movie is something the actor has taken careful time to consider, which is probably why the movie is earning rave reviews from critics who have seen it already.
