Mike Tyson has just revealed on SiriusXM Opie's Radio on Wednesday that he was sexually abused back when he was just a child. He was only seven years old when an unknown man suddenly pulled him off the street and abused him.

During the radio show, they were discussing his childhood, especially the part that inspired him to become the successful boxer whom he has been known to be. Tyson then chose that moment to release the skeletons in his closet and said, "These guys bullied me and sexually abused me."

Jim Norton, a co-host of the show, then questioned the internationally famous boxer about the details of the sexual abuse that Tyson claims had happened to him.

"I was a little kid, 7. Old man, yeah," Tyson told Norton. The co-host then replied, "Was it one time or ongoing?" Tyson only answered, "No, one time. Never seen him again. Snatched me off the street."

Norton then asked, "He abused you and just let you go or did you escape?" Tyson answered, "Well, I ran."

Right after Mike Tyson revealed his sad childhood experience, it was clear that the men inside the room were uncomfortable with the information that they had just been given. Their reaction was only understandable as it was, indeed, a pretty heavy revelation. Hughes could even be heard saying, "Awwwkward."

Despite this response from the other people in the room, Tyson shares that he does not feel embarrassed or ashamed by the experience. Tyson stated, "I'm not embarrassed or ashamed of anything from that perspective." This depressing childhood experience might have molded Tyson into the person who he is now and the boxer he is very famous for.

After his revelation, the interview started to take a positive direction as the famous boxer mentioned that he was already at peace with the trauma that was brought by some aspects of his past.

Mike Tyson left the ring back in 2005. Plus, according to his representative, he is "in a good place in his life with sobriety, family, and career."
