Rockstar vox of Pigface And Static-X Wayne Static died on November 1, 2014 at the age of 48.

FIXT Publicity representative Morgan Renken, who also worked with Static and the band for 15 years, confirmed and announced the news about the death of the rockstar on the same day he died. However, FIXT rep didn't give any further details about the cause of death and the location of the wake.

After the shocking announcement, many of his fellow rockers have reacted to the news including Ozzy Osbourne, Slipknot's Corey Taylor, Korn's Jonathan Davis, Disturbed's David Draiman, Megadeth's David Ellefson, Staind's Aaron Lewis and more. They paid tribute to the rocker through social media.

Wayne Static was the lead vocalist, keyboardist and guitarist for Static-X. The "Wisconsin Death Trip" album got a platinum award. Wayne was a native of Muskegon, Michigan and lived outside of Joshua Tree, California. He has a daughter who's now a film actress, Tera Wray. He also made a solo album titled "Pighammer" in 2011.

Blabber Mouth that Renken also mentioned that Wayne Static and his band was supposedly set to begin a monthlong U.S. tour on Monday and he planned to play in Russia and England next year.
