Jessa Duggar might have felt comfortable with some mild public displays of affection with her long-time beau Ben Seewald on the show "19 Kids & Counting," but apparently not enough to share their first kiss in front of the cameras. They did not even want to have their first kiss in front of all of the guests who attended their wedding in Bentonville, Arkansas.

According to Us Weekly, Jessa Duggar had every intention to "experience the special moment together in private." Public displays of their love were not on the bucket list for this shy celebrity couple.

Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald had a huge wedding at the First Baptist Church. They had the best time of their lives on their wedding day, making sure that the guests were also enjoying the event. However, they wanted to share their first smooch without the fanfare of an audience.

This relatively demure decision of the couple was a bit different with that of her older sister, the 23-year-old Jill Duggar, who kissed her husband Derick Dillard, for the very first time right during their wedding.

For the recent newlyweds, they let Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar to take their place on the podium to share a kiss for their excited guests.

Still, despite not showing everyone their first kiss, they were reportedly adorable on their big day. After Seewald courted Duggar for 11 months, they looked very much in love in their first wedding photo. The picture also gave the press a first look at the wedding gown that Duggar wore on her special day.

She wore a flowing bridal gown that had a pale blush tone, perfectly complimenting Jessa Duggar's gorgeous complexion. It also had a beaded bodice that gave the gown a more glamorous look. Moreover, her bouquet of flowers had a pop of coral, which Seewald matched with his bow tie.
