In "Cantabile Tomorrow," it was revealed that Park Bo Gum was in a difficult situation to perform.
On the episode of KBS2 Monday/Tuesday drama "Cantabile Tomorrow" broadcast on November 4th, Yoon Hoo (played by Park Bo Gum) went to the hospital and got a diagnosis about his hands.
Yoon Hoo hears from the doctor that he has to get surgery right away. He says, "I can't undergo surgery. Please write a prescription for medicine instead."
Nonetheless, the doctor refuses at once. He said, "You may not be able to play ever again. It's going to be heard to stand the pain."
At this, Yoon Hoo said, "I'm going to stand the pain. There are still things that I want to perform. Please, just prescribe some kind of medicine" and shouted. Seeing this, viewers felt bad for him.
Meanwhile, "Cantabile Tomorrow" is a KBS2 Monday/Tuesday drama adapted from the Japanese manga with the same title. In the drama, Yoo Jin (played by Joo Won) is a piano major with a world famous pianist father who is not only attractive but has exceptional music talent. However, his father cannot ride in a plane or boat because of childhood trauma and such limits his future opportunities.
