The two have to act fast particularly after the setback during her interview with Frank Prady (David Hyde Pierce), who is rumored to going into politics himself.

The guest stars for the episode include Michael J. Fox who returns as Louis Canning and Rita Wilson, Tom Hanks' wife, as lawyer Viola Walsh.

Co-creator Robert King dished some details on the storyline as he said: "Colin Sweeney wants the firm to sue a TV show for defamation after the show steals his character, and makes it look like he killed his first wife. Laura Benanti also returns as his estranged third wife, Renata, who decides to testify against him in court."
Dylan Baker's portrayal as Colin Sweeney got a nomination from the Emmys.
