Samsung Galaxy S6 vs. Samsung Galaxy S5: How is Samsung Galaxy S6 when compared to the previous Galaxy smartphone? Reports indicated that it will come out a lot different. It will not bear the codename 'Project Zero' for nothing.

According to the sources of Sam Mobile, this is Samsung's first time to label its flagship smartphone with a distinctive codename as it typically uses letters. Galaxy S5 was once referred to as 'Project K' and Galaxy Note 4 as 'Project T'. Being that, it is believed that the tech giant is coming up with something new and unique from the rest of its previously released units.

Samsung Galaxy S6 vs. Samsung Galaxy S5: Does 'Project Zero' mean that there should be no comparison between the two Samsung devices? Let's see about that as we check Samsung Galaxy S6's rumored specs, again basing on the report of Sam Mobile, and still try to compare it with S5.

S6 is rumored to have Quad HD (2560 x 1440) display. This is obviously higher than S5's Full HD (1080 x 1920) display. In terms of camera, there's nothing definite yet as Samsung is still torn between 16-megapixel and 20-megapixel camera. But the said source related that the firm may go for 16MP with optical image stabilization. Samsung Galaxy S5's rear camera is 16MP but without optical image stabilization. The front camera may be at 5 megapixels.

S6 will also be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon but it will be carrying its first high-end 64-bit chip - the Snapdragon 810. Galaxy S5 is powered by Qualcomm MSM8974AC Snapdragon 801. S6 may also come out in 3GB RAM. S5's only 2GB RAM.

Samsung Galaxy S6 vs. Samsung Galaxy S5: It's certain that Samsung's trying to make sure that every smartphone it launches is equally good or better than the previous ones. But as you see, the info is not enough to 'electrify' you - at least not just yet. Let's wait for more exciting updates.
