Henry Cavill was hooked up to a wire system as he shot scenes as Superman at Chicago's Federal Plaza in Illinois on Friday. According to the news courtesy of Daily Mail, the British actor displayed his toned physique in his body-hugging costume as he was suspended on air for a flight shot.
Reportedly, he was joined by Amy Adams who plays as Lois Lane, the love interest of the superhero. There are speculations that Lois Lane will be involved in a love triangle between the Man of Steel and Batman.
According to Daily Mail, cameras captured the scene when Lane was spotted "enjoying a tender embrace with Superman after he was lowered back down to the ground."
"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," will hit theaters on March 25, 2016.
Meanwhile, Henry Cavill take a break in filming late October as he joins the uphill fundraising run for Royal Marines in Gibraltar.
Daily Mail reported that Henry Cavill was joined by his brother Nik Cavill, a Lieutenant Colonel in the Royal Marines, for the 350th anniversary run. The actor together with his brother and 40 other participants wear luminous yellow t-shirt and black shorts as they undertake a five kilometre uphill run as part of the fundraising campaign for the Royal Marines.
"I will remember this day fondly and probably with a little bit of physical discomfort, which only seems fitting considering what this day represents," Cavill, an ambassador for the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund said.
Event organizer Alan Hardy expressed his delight in the actor's participation.
Cavill will next be seen in Warner Bros' "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.," on Aug. 14, 2015. He also expanded his horizon and go into a different business venture. According to Deadline, Cavill created the "production shingle" dubbed as Promethean Productions, with his brother Charlie Cavill and London-based producer Rex Glensy. It set its first feature project with Amber Entertainment and GFM Films entitled "Stratton."
