"Tom Clancy's The Division" release date 2015 for Xbox One and PS4 updates still don't have a specific date to the much anticipated game's launch. As of writing, the only confirmed detail would be that the RPG will be released next year.

Despite the unconfirmed release date, fans are still excited to get their hands on the new release that will reportedly give players the ultimate RPG experience.

In an interview with IGN, Ubisoft art director Rodrigo Cortes shares that the new game aims to keep players playing "for a long time."

Other "Tom Clancy's The Division" release date 2015 for Xbox One and PS4 updates from Game Spot claim that, "In addition to standard story progression (and new content after you finish), The Division features progression systems for gear, player statistics, and your base of operation, which can be continually upgraded, Cortes said. Ubisoft will also support The Division with new content following its release, adding more hours to the main experience."

"We want to show gamers the game they will end up playing. We don't want to sell a fantasy," Cortes said.

"We've been persistent with our messaging about high targets and benchmarks, and we want to deliver that. Then it's about making sure people get the game we're promising so they don't think it's something else."

"Tom Clancy's The Division" release date 2015 for Xbox One and PS4 updates claim that Ubisoft is working hard to take the new game a notch higher.

"For us, one of the biggest challenges is figuring out how to tell people how much of an RPG it is. It has shooting, and is shooter-like. If you look at it, that's the whole point because we want it to be very immersive," Cortes shared.

"But it's not a shooter with some RPG stats tacked on. It's actually a proper RPG from the very beginning. There's deep progression when it comes to loot, gear, and levels and you'll be able to customize every skill, do exactly what you want, and choose roles. So that's probably the biggest communication challenge. We want to make clear to everyone that it's an RPG."

Here is the official description of "Tom Clancy's The Division" from Ubisoft:

"The Division agents are trained to operate independently of command, as all else fails. Fighting to prevent the fall of society, the agents will find themselves caught up in an epic conspiracy to combat not only the effects of a manmade virus, but also the rising threat of those behind it."
