Rumors have been circulating that the "Uncharted 4" release date for PS4 will most likely be in the summer of 2015. However, new reports suggest that the latest instalment which will be exclusively available in PS4, still has a long way to go, and might not make it by 2015.
The new game is said to have a buzz-worthy gameplay that will take players into twists and turns and to different periods, and will most likely be the last installment to the popular video game franchise.
As Air Herald noted, "In a recent Twitter 'Ask Me Anything' one of the game’s developers said the team is still perfecting the Nathan Drake character and the way his face is animated. Even though several teasers and a trailer have been released that show a high level of realism, he said it could still take 'years' to get where they want to be. Ultimately they may have to trade off absolute perfection for a title that’s released in a reasonable amount of time. He said they’re not going to make players wait unnecessarily."
In a separate interview given by Naughty Dog Co-President Christophe Balestra, he dished on the improvements his team aimed for, taking into consideration their learnings from "The Last of Us: Remastered."
"It's like getting a new toy. We're very excited about the possibilities. After several years working on the same machine you kind of just run out [of steam] and you feel like you need something new just to be able to express yourself and push it to the next level. So I think PS4 came at the right time for us - it's definitely opening lots of doors to us that we didn't have before."
"Of course, technically the games we're going to be making are going to look better, but it's going to help the experience that we're trying to deliver as well. Everyone is extremely excited right now because we get to do all the new things we couldn't do before. We showed some of it at E3 just a couple months ago, and there will be more to come. It's a good machine, and we're extremely happy with it."
Meanwhile, other "Uncharted 4" release date for PS4 updates reveal that the latest installment's graphics will blow gamers' minds, and could be one of the most realistic to hit consoles ever.
"Industry insider @tidux (on Twitter) claims to have had a sneak peak at the game and says he had goose bumps and was blown away. He said despite Call of Duty Advanced Warfare being one of the most visually appealing games currently available on the PS4, Uncharted 4 makes COD look like a PS3 game," Air Herald reported.
