During the filming of the KBS drama 'Haeundae Lovers,' a picture of Kim Kang Woo was revealed showing his weight loss.
On the 31st of August, Kim Kang Woo uploaded onto his Twitter account along with a picture, "In two days my cheeks disappeared. All day I am out of it. What should I do?" In the picture, Kim Kang Woo is dressed nicely in a sharp suit but his face is a lot skinnier. His tanned skin and facial hair show of his manliness, but just as he said that he was "out of it," his expression shows his exhaustion.
Actress Han Hye Jin, who is Kim Kang Woo's sister-in-law, tweeted back and encouraged him by saying, "Stay strong brother-in-law. 'Haeundae Lovers' fighting!"
