Ronda Rousey Uses ‘Soft’ Approach To Gina Carano To Keep The Possibility For A Fight Alive? Will The Former “Strikeforce” Champ Buy The Idea?

Gina Carano and Ronda Rousey are rivals of some sort in the MMA octagon. While Gina Carano's return to the cage this year is not possible, Ronda Rousey still has the hopes of facing her in a bout.

According to Fans Share, the current Women's Bantamweight Champ is making the "soft approach" towards Gina Carano as she compliments her as the "Hottest Female Athlete." Will it keep the possibility of having a fight alive?

It can be remembered that UFC President Dana White has been a bit "harsh" in his comments toward the former "Strikeforce" champ when he was not able to make her sign the deal. It has been previously reported that White's negotiation with Carano's rep has fell out.

"The hardest human being we've ever dealt with and I didn't see it coming," White said about trying to sign Carano. "I don't know, we'll see how these things play out. Just incredibly difficult. We've dealt with (Brock) Lesnar, Tito (Ortiz), Chuck (Liddell) was f--king king of the world, Ronda Rousey, we've pretty much done deals with everyone on Earth and she is the hardest f--king athlete we have ever dealt with."

While White has been a bit cold with Carano, Rousey's admiration for Carano is still the same. Reportedly, she publicly declares that a match with the former MMA fighter is "something that she has wanted since the first time she laid eyes on the sport."

TMZ recently had a convo with "Rowdy" Ronda where she was baffled at first when asked to name the hottest male and female athlete.

Reportedly, the current UFC 145-pound Women's champ settled for soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo for the male and was much quicker to answer when asked for the female athlete; she dropped Gina's name without hesitation.

Do you think Gina Carano will buy this approach?
