Fans are eager to know when the "Tom Clancy's The Division" release date is.

With limited replies from Ubisoft, gamers are only assured that the highly anticipated game will be available on next-gen consoles by 2015. What month exactly? No one really knows.

Speculations have started to circulate that a beta version will be out by March, but will be available to Xbox One first. An industry insider was the first to dish on the said rumor.

However, it seems that besides "Tom Clancy's The Division" release date, fans might be concerned with another aspect of the game. Historically, Ubisoft has been known for downgrading the visuals for their releases. This raises concern among gamers as they fear that "The Division" could experience the same.

As Air Herald reported, "Ubisoft promises a huge and dynamic open world in Tom Clancy's The Division, but many may be skeptical of these claims as the company has made them before and did not quit deliver. Ubisoft's recent Watch Dogs, while financially and critically successful, largely fell short of the expectations gamers had based on the developer's claims and footage shown at E3. They will have to be careful not to repeat that mistake with The Division."

Massive Entertainment's ("The Division's" developer) Martin Hulberg quickly addressed the rumors, saying:

"Obviously, we want to make a game that looks the best it can on its respective format, so Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. So I think the term downgrade is a bit confusing and weird because we're trying to get the most out of every machine we use. So Xbox gets its attention, PlayStation gets its attention, and PC

Other "Tom Clancy's The Division" release date for Xbox One and PS4 updates from Game Spot claim that, "In addition to standard story progression (and new content after you finish), The Division features progression systems for gear, player statistics, and your base of operation, which can be continually upgraded, Cortes said. Ubisoft will also support The Division with new content following its release, adding more hours to the main experience."
