The latest "Jurassic World" photo that leaked online revealed Chris Pratt's new buddy in the movie. The image was posted by Colin Trevorrow on Twitter and it instantly became viral. The director captioned the photo, "Happy Holidays from the editing room. Do not try this at home."
In the photo, you will see Chris Pratt (Owen) standing beside a Velociraptor. This type of dinosaur is carnivorous and hunts for prey so it's not really safe to stay beside it. However, the 35-year old actor looked really comfortable hanging out with the raptor.
In the "Jurassic World" trailer, there's a scene that showed Chris Pratt riding a motorcycle alongside a pack of Velociraptors. Based on the plot that a YouTube user revealed, "The trailer concludes with Owen, a dinosaur handler, revealing that he has muzzled (and tamed) Velociraptors, whom he employs to help track down and recapture the renegade creature."
No wonder Chris Pratt really looked relaxed beside the Velociraptor in the "Jurassic World" leaked photo. During an interview with Empire, Colin Trevorrow tried to explain the relationship of Pratt's character with the raptors.
He said, "Owen's relationship with the raptors is complicated." The director explained, "They aren't friends. These animals are nasty and dangerous and they'll bite your head off if you make the wrong move. But there are men and women out there today who have forged tenuous connections with dangerous predators. That's interesting territory to me."
In the official trailer, we discovered that there's a hybrid dinosaur and it escaped the park. Chris Pratt's main goal is to catch the Diabolus Rex. Does this mean that we will see a battle between two types of dinosaurs? A source revealed to Joblo.com that there will be lots of Dino on Dino fighting since some of the dinosaurs are good and that are trained by Owen.
The insider explained, "The raptors and T-Rex are among the trained good dinosaurs." The source added, "The big bad dinosaur has instant camouflage abilities, like the cuttlefish, so he blends into the background, is smart like the velociraptor, uses his jaw like a snake, and can terrorize like the T-Rex."
I hope a "Jurassic World" photo of the hybrid dinosaur will also leak online since until now we still have no idea what it looks like. Who do you think will win in the dinosaur battle?
