Many fans got excited when the "Fast and Furious 7" community page on Facebook posted an image of Jason Statham in silhouette. They captioned the photo "Coming Soon" and followers knew right away that it was the British actor that was shown in the psychedelic poster.

"The Expendables" star appeared in the after-credits scene of "The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift". He was seen getting out of the car after Han's car exploded and gave a call to Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) to warn him. That footage gave us a hint who will be the new villain in "Furious 7".

Jason Statham stars as Ian Shaw and his brother Owen Shaw was killed in "Fast and Furious 6". His character is now ready to seek vengeance in the new sequel. Would he go up against Dominic Toretto or Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson a.k.a. The Rock).

A few months ago, the official Twitter page of "Fast and Furious 7" posted a photo of Ian Shaw and Luke Hobbs fighting. Check out the photo here. They captioned the image "It's @TheRock Vs. #JasonStatham in #Furious7!" That confirms that we will witness an exciting fight scene between two action superstars.

Just last month, the official Twitter account of the movie also posted another photo and it showed Vin Diesel and Jason Statham. In this image, you can see both carrying a weapon and about to hit each other. The message "Daddy's Got To Go To Work" was written on the photo with the caption: "Taking things to the next level in #Furious7. @FastFurious"

Fans got excited when they saw the photo and one follower even said, "I can't think of any other film that I have sat counting down the days to release." During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Jason Statham expressed his excitement for the upcoming movie.

The 47-year old actor said, "I've never seen anything to compare to it. And Vin is terrific. Everybody in it is just terrific. They're a great little crew. I know Tyrese. I know Paul Walker. I've met all of them, and they're all really cool. I'm really excited to be involved with it. I'm just not gonna tell ya what I'm gonna do."

Vin Diesel, on the other hand, shared his experience filming with Jason Statham. The actor told E!, "We both walked away with a lot of injuries... nothing permanent." I guess we can expect a lot of powerful punches and kicks from the badass actors in "Fast and Furious 7".
