In terms of design and display, the iPhone 6 measures 138.1 x 67 x 6.9 mm and weighs 129 grams. Its display measures 4.7 inches and has a 750 x 1334 resolution with 326 ppi pixel density. The display is covered with a layer of shatterproof glass to ensure it won’t crack from the slightest bump. The Xiaomi Mi4 weighs 149 grams and measures 139.2 x 68.5 x 8.9 mm. There is a 5 inch LCD display that uses a 1080 x 1920 resolution and a 441 ppi pixel density.
For the hardware, the iPhone 6 has a dual core Cyclone processor clocked at 1.4 GHz. The chipset featured on this handset is the new Apple A8, while the graphics are processed with the help of the PoweVR GX6450 GPU. There is no microSD card slot available, so users will have to settle for the phone’s internal memory, which can be 16, 64 or 128 GB, and has 1GB RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi4 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 and a quad core processor clocked at 2.5 GHz and branded Krait 400. There is no microSD card slot, just like in the case of the iPhone, so users have to make use of the 16 or 64 GB of internal storage, and has a 3GB of RAM.
For the camera and battery specs, the iPhone 6 has 8MP lens on the back of the handset, with the capability of shooting at a 3264 x 2448 resolution, while the front facing lens has 1.2 MP. Its battery last 14 hours of talk time due to the 1810 mAh battery.
The Xiaomi Mi4 has a 13 MP camera on the back, complemented by the front facing 8 MP camera. It has a maximum resolution of 4128 x 3096 and can record 2160p at 30 fps. Also, it can record 1080p at 30fps and 720p at 60 fps. It uses a 4080 mAh battery that can last for a very long time.
The iPhone 6 cost $750, while the Xiaomi Mi4 is at $300.
