Which smartphone is the best purchase? The HTC One M8 or the iPhone 6.

In terms of design and display, the iPhone 6 measures 138.1 x 67 x 6.9 mm and weighs 129 grams. It has a 4.7 inch screen with a resolution of 750 x 1334 and a 326 ppi pixel density as the screen is covered with shatterproof glass, so it won’t break at the slightest impact. For the hardware and OS, the iPhone 6 comes with a dual core processor that has a 14 GHz clock speed, and a PowerVR GX6450 graphics processor. Without a microSD card slot, users have to rely solely on the 16, 64 or 128 GB of internal storage and runs on the latest Apple iOS.

The HTC One M8 has a Krait 400 processing chip, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset partnered with a 2.3 GHz clock speed for the quad core CPU and the help for the Adreno 330 GPU. It already has 16 or 32 GB of storage, but with a mciroSD card, users can boost that up to 128 GB. The handset also has 2 GB of RAM which keeps the navigation smooth, and runs on the Android KitKAT.

For the camera and battery specs, the iPhone 6 has 8MP camera on the back capable of a 3265 x 2448 resolution uses a dual LED tone flash configuration and a 1.2 MP front facing lens, and its capable of recording 1080p at 60 fps. The Apple device has a non removable 1810 mAh battery that can last up to 14 hours of talk time on 3G.

The HTC One M8 uses a dual 4 MP camera with a 2688 x 1520 resolution. It features dual LED, a complementary 5 MP camera on the front, which has a 1080p recording capability at 30 fps, and premium features such as HDR. It has 2600 mAh battery that last about 20 hours of 3G talk time.
