Celebrities such as actors Kim Nam Gil, Jang Dong Gun, Song Hye Kyo. Singers BoA and Girls' Generation's Jessica are suing “B” cosmetic clinic for using their image with no permission or contract.

According to the law circle in Korea, all of these celebrities filled a claim at the Seoul Central District Court for 120 millions won for damages.

The celebrities claimed that “people can access to their site just by looking up our names on the internet. This will mislead people to think that we are connected to the clinic or have had plastic surgery in the past”

This have not been the first case, where clinics use celebrities to advertise their business, years back, Girls' Generation, Wonder Girls and actress Soo Ae filled a suit against a dental clinic for using their names with no permission.
