We compare the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 against the Asus Zenfone 5 to see which of these smartphones is the better purchase.
According to the Fuse Joplin, the Galaxy Grand 2 looks like the Galaxy Note 3, and features the same faux leather pattern, but its body has a floating arc shape. Its display is a 5.25 TFT screen that can render at 720 x 1280 pixels, and has a 280 ppi pixel density. The smartphone weighs around 163 grams, and has the following dimensions of 146.8 x 75.3 x 8.9 mm.
The Asus Zenfone 5 has a thick and curved edges as the smartphone can be purchased with the following colors of Pearl White, Charcoal Black, Cherry Red, Champagne Gold and Twilight Purple. It is equipped with 5 inch IPS screen with the same resolution as the Samsung device, but its pixel density is bigger at 294 ppi. Its dimensions are 148.2 x 72.8 x 5.5 mm, and its lighter at 145 grams.
The Asus smartphone has two sets chipsets with dual processors. The first one is an Intel Atom Z2580 at 2 GHz, with 1GB of RAM, while the other is an Intel Atom Z2560 at 1 GHz, with 2 GB of RAM.They have two sets of internal memory at 8 and 16GB, which can expand up to 64GB,

The Fuse Joplin stated that the Asus Zenfone 5 is worth $156 for the 8GB version, while the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 is $100 more expensive.
