The Moto X2 has a RAM capacity of 2GB, and its internal memory is at 16/32GB, while the HTC One M8 has 2GB of RAM with the same internal memory as its rival, but it can expand up to 128GB thanks to a microSD card. The Motorola handset runs on the Android OS, v4.4.4 (KitKat), while the HTC smartphone runs on Android OS, v4.4.2 (KitKat). Both softwares will receive the v5.0 (Lollipop) upgrade soon.
