With the NBA trade deadline nearing the finish line, teams are making last-minute calls hoping to improve for a playoff push. With so many players being shopped around, which player will end up with a new uniform?
One of the biggest names on the NBA trading bloc is Goran Dragic, the firebrand point guard from Phoenix Suns who reportedly wanted to be traded to the Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks and the Miami Heat.
But Adrian Wojnarowski reported that the Phoenix Suns would rather deal with the Houston Rockets, Boston Celtics and the Sacramento Kings.
"The Suns are in a difficult position to gain assets for Dragic, because three of the teams - the Lakers, Heat and Knicks - do not have significant trade pieces available for deals," he wrote.
Meanwhile, in other NBA trade rumors, the Timberwolves reportedly wants to bring back Kevin Garnett and are willing to trade Thaddeus Young.
Reporter Marc Stein tweeted: "Going online now: ESPN sources say Wolves making late push before trade deadline to bring home Wolves legend Kevin Garnett in trade w/Nets."
Kevin Garnett began his career and played 12 seasons for the Minnesota Timberwolves before he was traded to the Boston Celtics where he went on to win a championship alongside Rajon Rondo, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen.
Another big name who was included in the NBA trade rumors is Joe Johnson of the Brooklyn Nets.
Reportedly, the Detroit Pistons are offering Brandon Jennings, as well as Caron Butler and Jonas Jerebko to get the sweet-shooting guard.
Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Lakers reportedly talked about Ty Lawson, the speedy point guard of the Denver Nuggets, according to the NBA trade rumor reported by Chris Boussard who tweeted: "Sources say Denver trying to move Ty Lawson and that Nuggets coach Brian Shaw wants his old Indiana pupil George Hill as replacement."
