After a shocking "Eye Candy" finale, fans are eagerly awaiting if Lindy and Tommy's relationship will progress in season 2. The only question is, will the series be cancelled or renewed?

Show creator Christian Taylor has confirmed that they are working on an "Eye Candy" season 2.

Speaking to TV Line, Taylor dropped some major hints on what fans can expect in the next season of "Eye Candy."

"There's going to be a big conspiracy that we'll explore next season about why her sister did that. And I'll say one thing: It will be linked to their father."

If the series won't be cancelled by MTV, Taylor also shared that the writers and producers are thinking of ways on how to take Lindy and Tommy's relationship further. He said that they were thinking of "exploring" their chemistry further in "Eye Candy" season 2.

"They're definitely still at odds. There's an olive branch that's been extended to him, and it's one of my favorite scenes when he says, "I'm sorry" to her at the end. It's really moving," he said.

Taylor teased that they are still unsure if Lindy and Tommy will eventually get together.

"You know what's funny? I think they kiss a lot better than Jake and Lindy kiss, which was really lucky. You never know what the chemistry is going to be like when you're casting, but Casey [Diedrick] is great and Victoria [Justice] is lovely. It all worked," he said.

According to Hypable, "Eye Candy" had been "struggling" to pull in substantial ratings and its still unsure whether MTV would decide to invest in a season 2. Fans of Victoria Justice and Casey Diedrick, took to Twitter, with the hashtag, #RenewEyeCandy to express their support towards the series.

MTV, however, has yet to make an official announcement on whether the cyber-stalker drama, "Eye Candy" will be cancelled or renewed for season 2.
