Microsoft had disclosed on Thursday, March 19 that Lumia 430 will be available in April in India, Africa, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus, as GSM Arena reported.
The publication wrote that the dual-Sim Microsoft Lumia 430 has a price tag of about $70, which is avialable in orange and black color variants.
Microsoft's Corporate Vice President Jo Harlow said that people responded actively about their budget-friendly device and that the company will continue producing more.
"We continue to invest in this segment to ensure that as many people as possible can enjoy signature Microsoft experiences, regardless of budget," said Harlow.
"The Lumia 430 Dual SIM continues our commitment to combining the right hardware, software, services and apps with the right price to give people a smartphone they can afford and be proud to use," he added.
According to Microsoft's official website, the Lumia 430 has an exchangeable shell with user interface features such as double-tap to wake, vibrating alerts, word flow keyboard and voice commands.
The Microsoft Lumia 430 has a 4-inch LCD display with a resolution of 800 x 480 and ppi of 235. The display features include brightness control, orientation sensor, tactile feedback and refresh rate of 60Hz.
Under the hood, Microsoft Lumia 430 runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chipset clocked at 1.2 GHz dual core processor. It has 1 GB of RAM with 8 GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 128 GB via memory card.
In terms of camera, the Microsoft Lumia 430 has 2.0MP main camera with fixed focus and a camera minimum focus range of 44cm. The front camera of the device has VGA 0.3MP with a camera video resolution of 480 pixels and camera features such as still image capture, video recording and video call.
The handset run on Windows Phone 8.1 operating system with Lumia Denim and offers 1,500 mAh battery that can last up to 19 days on maximum standby time.
