The OnePlus Two is rumored to launch on the third quarter with new specs and features.
According to Phone Arena, the OnePlus Two is rumored to feature a laser autofocus fingerprint identification system in the hoe button. When it comes to design, the device might resemble the Oppo Find 7, considering that the OnePlus One is similar to Oppo Find 7.
Under the hood, the OnePlus Two is expected to run on 64-bit Snapdragon 810 chipset. The Ubergizmo reported that the OnePlus Two might come with a 5.5-inch QHD display and rumored to have a 3,100 mAh battery, which is slightly increased the OnePlus One battery which is 3,000mAh.
The company previously said that the OnePlus Two would "surprise" people with its new specs and features being offered.
Furthermore, the OnePlus Two will have a release date of Q3 as confirmed by Carl Pei the co-founder of OnePlus.
"Availability of the One has improved drastically, and this improvement will continue, for the 2, availability will ramp up faster," said Pei according to the report of International Digital Times. "We're still doing invites, but quantities might be 50x+ OnePlus One levels," Pei added.
Pei also confirmed some details about the OnePlus Two, he said that the device will run on the Oxygen operating system and will support users flashing alternative ROMs. He added that OnePlus Two will boast band 20 LTE.
However, he said that OnePlus Two might probably not have an Nvidia x1. Pei added that wireless charging for the upcoming device is slow and inefficient in the current form.
As for the price, the OnePlus Two is rumored that will be higher than its predecessor and said: "While components price may rise, we want to make premium devices while keeping our margins equally razor-thin, it's a different product with a different price.'
