It looks like "Black Ops" developer Treyarch is teasing a "Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3" reveal in a recent update to "Black Ops 2."

A new update on April 6 for "Black Ops 2" has revealed two new teaser trailers for the next "Call of Duty" title.

Express noted that the symbols added to multiplayer maps have been found to be Snapchat codes, which lead to two new ten-second clips. Fans speculate that Treyarch is probably teasing a forthcoming "Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3" announcement.

A sneaking Snapchat ghost icon has been spotted by players on a poster in various places around multiplayer maps, GamesRadar noted. When players zoom in on the Snapchat ghost and scan it into the app on their phones, "callofduty" is added to their friends list.

The account features a single video with a blinking eye and some shady-looking woods along with a snowy landscape that boasts a solitary tree. A voice insists you "listen only to the sound of my voice" while numbers scroll past. Fans noted strange shadows cast during the woodland shots, which reportedly appears to be a silhouette of the Roman numeral III.

A central theme for "Black Ops 2" featured a flickering board of numbers with the ghostly interrogator's enraged shouts uttering the catchphrase: "The Numbers? What do they mean Mason!"

The second clip features shots of a sunset, a lit match, helicopters, a young girl and troops.

The voice says: "Let the bad memories fade."

Although "Black Ops" developer Treyarch has confirmed it will be launching this year's Call of Duty title, they have reportedly not yet named it.

The flickering images hint a relation to the series' previous Vietnam settings with soldiers and helicopters. In addition, there are shots of human X-rays, flies and crows feeding on what appear to be a dead animal in snow. These are not good things apparently, despite the calming hypno-doctor droning in the background.

Following a three-year cycle between Infinity, Ward, Sledgehammer and Treyarch, it is now possibly Treyarch's turn for the series.
